Refund policy
We will gladly offer returns within 30 days if you are in any way unsatisfied with your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging and original tags still attached.
To complete your return, please email us with your order number to verify your purchase. We will then send you a prepaid shipping label and a return shipping fee of $20 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@upperbags.com to complete an exchange.
International Orders
All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note the international shipping charge listed does NOT include customs, duty, and taxes. The recipient is responsible for all customs, clearing and other fees required to ship internationally. The carrier will collect these charges at the time of delivery.
