You have 180 days from delivery.

1. Email hello@upperbags.com with your order number.
2. Pack your bag clean and complete. You don't need the original box or tags.
3. Ship it to: UPPER Return Andy, 234 5th Ave, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10001, USA. Return shipping is on you, and USPS is usually cheapest. Keep your tracking number.
4. We refund your original payment within 3 business days of receiving your return.

Something broken or defective within 2 years? That's covered by our warranty. Email us with a photo and we'll send a prepaid label and a replacement, or a refund if that style is sold out.
