What is UPPER Bags?
UPPER is premium everyday carry for modern parents. Our bags are designed by parents for work, kids and travel, in vegan leather or lightweight Oxford fabric, with thoughtful pockets.
What is your return policy?
180 days from delivery. Return unused, clean items (original box and tags not required, no restocking fee). Email hello@upperbags.com with your order number and we reply the same business day with approval and a prepaid return label. Exchanges ship free, or choose store credit with a 10% bonus. A $10 label fee is deducted from card refunds. See our returns page for full terms.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every UPPER bag has a 2-Year Limited Warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects (ripped handles, seams, zippers, hardware). Email hello@upperbags.com with your order number and a photo. If it is covered, we pay shipping and send a replacement, or refund you if it is sold out. See our warranty policy.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship in 1-2 business days (5-7 business days from Black Friday through December). U.S. delivery is usually 2-4 business days after shipping, and tracking is emailed to you. For Christmas, our ship-by date is Dec 20 (the date we ship by, not the date it arrives). We recommend ordering by Dec 15.
Which bag is right for me?
Harvey 25L for newborn days and extra gear. La Madison for the work commute. Maison Air 18L for lighter days. Weekender 38, Carry-On Tote and Mini for travel.
What is special about the Weekender 38?
Weekender 38 measures 22 x 14 x 9 in and comes in black. It has two insulated front-outer pockets, an external insulated pouch for large bottles, a built-in USB port for connecting your own power bank, and premium pebbled vegan leather.
Which bags go together?
Pair black Harvey with the black Weekender. Pair brown Harvey with the brown Carry-On Tote and brown Mini.
