SHIPPING BASICS
Our shipping methods are valid on orders placed by 4:00 pm EST, Monday through Thursday, excluding national holidays. There is no weekend delivery with Expedited or Rush shipping.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
Because we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or change an order as processing begins immediately.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of shipment for orders shipped within the US.

All US returns are subject to a $10 handling fee. If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped separately. We do not provide shipping labels for international orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.

Maison Air is made for the stage after the traditional diaper bag.
It can carry kid essentials like snacks, wipes, water, an extra layer, and small daily items, but it is not designed to replace a full newborn diaper bag with bottles, blankets, pump parts, and heavy baby gear.
