Founder Story
For the past 5 years, friends and family have asked me:
“Why did you start a diaper bag company?”
I usually pause, then smile. At first, the answer was simple:
I’ve always loved bag design. And when we had our first child, I wanted something that was actually organized, practical, and stylish. Traditional diaper bags just didn’t work — they were heavy, messy, and made parenting harder, not easier.
But as the years went on, I realized this was much bigger than making a better bag.
UpperBags was born out of one simple desire: to make my wife’s life easier as a new mom. To help her feel calm, confident, and supported when traveling with kids or running through daily chaos.
And over time, it became clear: this wasn’t just about bags.
It was about families.
We now see UpperBags as part of something far greater:
-
Supporting young families and new parents in their most important calling.
-
Equipping moms of multiple kids with tools that bring calm and confidence.
-
Honoring the most beautiful ministry of all — raising children.
Today, our mission is clear:
To help families grow stronger in faith, freedom, and family-first living.
Even after 5 years of hard work, we feel like we’re just getting started. Because this mission isn’t ours alone — it’s God’s design:
-
To marry.
-
To raise children faithfully.
-
To build homes that last.
That’s why our team is launching a new partnership program — so stay-at-home moms, homeschooling families, and young parents can not only use our bags, but also join us in this mission. By sharing UpperBags, families can earn extra income while spreading a message bigger than products: that strong families build strong nations.
We are humbled to play even a small role in this greater calling. And we invite you to join us — because parenting isn’t just about getting through the day. It’s about building the future.
