<h2>180-Day Returns & 2-Year Limited Warranty</h2>
<p><strong>180-day returns. 2-year warranty. Try it with your baby. If it's not right, send it back. If it breaks in 2 years, we cover the shipping and fix it.</strong></p>
<h3>Returns: 180 days from delivery</h3>
<p>You have <strong>180 days from delivery</strong> to return items that are unused and clean (no stains, odors or damage). Sets must come back with all pieces. The original box and tags are <strong>not</strong> required, and there is <strong>no restocking fee</strong>.</p>
<h3>How to start a return</h3>
<ol>
<li>Email <a href="mailto:hello@upperbags.com">hello@upperbags.com</a> with your order number, the item(s) you are returning and the reason.</li>
<li>We reply the same business day with your approval and a prepaid return label.</li>
<li>Pack the item(s) and send them to the return address below.</li>
</ol>
<p>A $10 label fee is deducted from a card refund. There is no label fee for exchanges or store credit.</p>
<h3>Exchange first</h3>
<p>Prefer a different color or bag? Exchanges ship free. If you would rather not get a card refund, you can choose store credit with a <strong>10% bonus</strong> instead.</p>
<h3>Refunds</h3>
<p>Card refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of when we receive and inspect your return.</p>
<h3>Gifts</h3>
<p>If the buyer starts the return, a card refund is available. If the gift recipient starts the return, we offer store credit or an exchange.</p>
<h3>Clearance items</h3>
<p>Clearance items (50% off or more) are final sale. They are still covered by our warranty for defects reported within 14 days of delivery.</p>
<h3>International orders</h3>
<p>International orders are final sale, except for defects covered by our warranty.</p>
<h3>Items we cannot take back</h3>
<p>Used hygiene items, such as changing pads and bottle warmers, cannot be returned.</p>
