Our shipping methods are valid on orders placed by 4:00 pm EST, Monday through Thursday, excluding national holidays. There is no weekend delivery with Expedited or Rush shipping.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
Because we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot cancel or change an order as processing begins immediately.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of shipment for orders shipped within the US.

All US returns are subject to a $10 handling fee. If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped separately. We do not provide shipping labels for international orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items.

"Does a 15-inch MacBook actually fit?"
Yes, easily. The back pocket is suspended (so it doesn't hit the ground) and fits the big 15" laptops with a case, or 14" MacBook pro recommended
"Will this look professional in a client meeting?"
Absolutely. That was the whole point of making it. It looks like high-end luggage, not a diaper bag. Nobody will know you have diapers inside.
"Does it have side pockets for water bottles?"
Yes! They are deep enough for a 32oz HydroFlask so it won't fall out when you bend over to pick up your toddler.
"Is it heavy?"
The bag itself is super light. We used lightweight performance vegan leather fabric for durability and light weight so the only weight you carry is what you pack.
"Can I use this for travel too?"
Yes, use the stroller straps as luggage sleeve on the back so it slides right over your suitcase handle. It fits under the airline seat perfectly.
