Shipping. Orders ship in 1-2 business days (5-7 business days from Black Friday through December). U.S. delivery is usually 2-4 business days after shipping, and tracking is emailed to you. Christmas ship-by date: Dec 20 (the date we ship by, not the date it arrives).
180-day returns. Return unused, clean items within 180 days of delivery. Original box and tags are not required, and there is no restocking fee. Email hello@upperbags.com with your order number and we reply the same business day with approval and a prepaid return label ($10 label fee deducted from a card refund). 2-Year Limited Warranty (manufacturing defects). Covers manufacturing defects for 2 years from delivery. If it is covered, we cover the shipping and fix it. See our warranty policy.
