When your order ships

Orders ship in 1-2 business days. From Black Friday through December, please allow 5-7 business days for orders to ship.

Delivery time

U.S. delivery is usually 2-4 business days after shipping.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Tracking links can take a day or two to update.

Christmas

Our Christmas ship-by date is December 20. That is the date your order ships by, not the date it arrives. We recommend ordering by December 15.

Returns and warranty

180-day returns on unused, clean items and a 2-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. See our returns page and warranty policy.
