SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times vary by destination. You can find specific shipping estimates on every product page beneath the title. Currently (As of 07.01.2020) all items are estimated to arrive within 5-15 days of your order.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Shipping delays are an unfortunate part of doing business online. If you feel your order is taking longer than expected, don't hesitate to contact us.
If your order is delayed because of customs clearance or outstanding circumstances (natural disaster, pandemic, civil unrest, shipping strike, etc.) we ask for your patience and cooperation as there is NOTHING we can do to get around this.
Please note: We are NOT a shipping company. We have NO influence over shipping companies or the Post Office. We will do whatever is within our power to get your order delivered as quickly as possible.
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are an American company based in the United States. For domestic orders within the US, we will attempt to ship from our local US-based warehouses. However, when items are out of stock domestically, we may place the order from our international warehouses as a backup.
International orders ship from a variety of warehouses located throughout Asia and Europe.
CUSTOMS
Queen&kid is NOT responsible for any customs fees incurred on the delivery of your order. By purchasing our products, you consent that packages shipped to you may incur customs fees upon arrival.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
We take the customer experience seriously. If your order gets lost in the mail or never arrives, we will do what we can to make sure a replacement item is sent out or a refund is processed. However, refunds for undelivered items will only be processed if the guaranteed delivery window has closed. We hold the right to process refunds before the guaranteed delivery date as we see fit.
Guaranteed delivery window: 45 days
WRONG ADDRESS/ ORDER MISTAKES
If your order gets 'Returned to Sender' because of an incorrect address entered during the order process, customers will be refunded for the cost of their order MINUS shipping. Refunds will be processed after the item has been successfully returned to the warehouse.
We will take full responsibility for errors made on our behalf.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking details are emailed automatically along with the shipping confirmation. In rare cases, tracking may be unavailable on your order.
Tracking links do not populate immediately. Please allow a few days for tracking details to populate. If your tracking link provides no details after 5 days, feel free to contact us.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS?
For logistical reasons, items within the same order may be sent in separate packages. Any requests for combined shipping will be ignored.
